TPG Aged Care is now a service provider under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP).

TPG can deliver the following services:

• Domestic Assistance (North Metro) – Limited Availability
• Meal Preperation (North Metro)
• Personal Care (North Metro) – Limited Availability
• Home Modification

CHSP Care Services

TPG can provide entry-level support services to assist older people in the Perth North metro area. We can provide a small number of Domestic Assistance, meal Preparation and Personal Care services so older people can remain in their home and maintain their independance.

Unfortunately due to high demand, TPG has limited availability to take on new care recipients at this stage.

CHSP Home Modifications

TPG Aged Care can now provide services to undertake small Home Modification Projects under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP).

Older people who are seeking to live in their own home safely will be able to take advantage of home modifications to the value of $1,000.  Some examples of the type of modifications available include:

· Bathroom Redesign

· Emergency Alarms and Safety Aids Installation

· Grab Rails in Bathroom Installation

· Handrail Installation

· Kitchen Redesign

· Lever Tap Set Installation

· Ramp Installations

· Widening Doorways and Passages

The services are available to eligible people and a small contribution may be charged.
